Trust Bank Donated D60,000 to the 1st Babies of The Year

TRUST BANK DONATED D60,000.00 TO THE 1st BABIES OF THE YEAR
Bansang hospital is the oldest provincial referral hospital in The Gambia covering the Central and Upper River Regions and also part of Senegal. According to a press release from the Ministry of Health and Social Welfare, this hospital was the first to welcome the first babies of the year in 2016.

Trust Bank on Saturday 2nd January 2016 donated D20,000 each to the first baby boy and girl of the year and D10,000 each to their mothers to support these newly born babies.

The total amount donated was D60,000.00 which was presented to the Chief Executive Officer of the hospital by the bank’s Basse Branch Manager Mr. Burama Badjie.

The presentation was held at the hospital premises and was attended by the Minister of Justice Hon. Mama Fatou Signateh, the Governor of the Region Omar Khan, various security chiefs, community leaders, staff of Bansang hospital, invited guests and the press.

TRUST BANK DONATES OVER D200,000.00 TO THE AFPRC GENERAL HOSPITAL

On Tuesday 15th December 2015 Trust Bank presided over their annual donation to the

maternity wing of the AFPRC General Hospital in Farafenni.

.

 

This is the 14th year since our adoption of this unit and since then the hospital has been pivotal

in The Gambia achieving its MDG targets.

 

 

The amount donated was to the tune of D200,000.00 and was presented to the CEO of the

hospital Mr. Mamadi Cham by Trust Bank’s Senior Marketing and Sales Manager                      

Mr. Dodou Nyang.

 

The event was held at the hospital premises and was attended by the Governor of the Region

Lamin  Jammeh, various security chiefs, community leaders, former chief of the district Alhagie

Sambujang Jagne, school head teachers, staff of AFPRC hospital, invited guests and the press.

Trust Bank Donate D100, 000.00 to Bansang Hospital

 

Trust Bank Donated D100, 000.00 to Bansang Hospital on Thursday October 15th, 2015 at a colorful ceremony held at the hospital grounds. Bansang Hospital is one of the oldest hospitals in the provinces and it is the only referral hospital in the Central River Region.The donation will be used to uplift the standard of their Operation Theater.


The Cheque was presented to the Minister of Health Social Welfare Honorable Omar Sey by Trust Bank’s Senior Marketing Manager Mr. Dodou Nyang.

 

The ceremony was attended by the Director of Health Services Dr. Samba Ceesay, the Deputy Governor of CRR, Chief Executive Officer of the hospital, Chief of the district, the Alkaalo of Bansang and Imam, Staff of Bansang hospital, Trust Bank Staff, invited guests and the press.

Trust Bank Donate D100, 000.00 to Basse Health Centre


Quality health care delivery is Trust Bank’s top priority in the health sector and as such we have been collaborating with the Ministry of Health and Social Welfare in the achievement of their objectives for the Gambia.


On Thursday 15th October 2005 Trust Bank donated D100, 000.00 to Basse Health Centre geared towards the improvement of the service delivery in this health facility. Basse Health Centre is the only Major Health Centre in the Upper River Region and receives patients from as far away as Senegal and Guinea Bessau.   


The presentation ceremony held at the Health Centre premises was presided over by Trust Bank’s Senior Marketing Manager Mr. Dodou Nyang who handed over the cheque to the Minister of Health Social Welfare Honorable Omar Sey.


The event was attended by the Deputy Director of Health Services, Chief Executive Officer of the Health Centre, Chief of the district, Staff of Basse Health Centre, Staff of Trust Bank Limited, invited guests and the press.
